Energy and Complexity is the (former) research group of Paul Hines, who was formerly Professor in the Department of Electrical and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Vermont. Paul is current VP, Power Systems at EnergyHub and is no longer a member of the full-time faculty at the University of Vermont.
